You are invited to get ready for the upcoming football season by participating in a FREE football camp hosted by the Thornton H.S. Football Program.  Participants will be taught position specific skills on both offense and defense.  Instruction will be provided by the Thornton football staff and current Trojan players.  Come experience the excitement of Trojan Football and brush up on your skills before the season begins.  For further details contact Coach Marquez at 720-404-6770.

2009 Recap

The Thornton High School football program has adopted the slogan, “Creating A New Tradition” and on Saturday July 25^th they took their first step toward that goal. At Five Star Stadium they held the First Annual Trojan Football Camp for area youth in grades one through eight. The camp was split into two times based on age group and was free to all participants. Lunch was provided to all campers and their families by a generous donation from the University of Colorado at Denver’s Office of Hispanic Student Services and Education Outreach Programs. The sixty-three youth also received a free t-shirt courtesy of the Sports Authority Team Sales and Nike.  Each participant took part in football drills directed by the Thornton football staff and members of the football team. The event was a successful opportunity for the student athletes at Thornton to give back to the community and gain some young fans in the process.
